Dodecalands is a hardcore survival island minecraft map with the goal of challenging the player to think outside of the box in order to obtain materials. There are 12 islands (excluding the starting island) that the player can travel to, each providing their own resources. You are unable to make a cobblestone generator from the start nor can get a way to obtain trees. Dodecalands uses features from the latest versions of Minecraft and is built around being a modern take of the survival island genre.
Changes to Vanilla Minecraft:
Wander Traders are disabled.
Phantoms are disabled.
Mob griefing is off.
Piglins no longer trade obsidian or crying obsidian.
Hoglins and Piglins can survive in the overworld.
Tall grass now always drops seeds.
Zombies always drop iron ingots and potatos.
Drowneds always drop copper ingots.
Zombified Piglins always drop gold ingots.
Husks always drop sand and carrots.
It is recommended, but not required to have a render distance of 12 at minimum.
