Part of the Cobblemon Hacked Changes series, I am now separating my one mod into separate Datapacks. This datapack targets delcatty and skitty from generation three. This datapack changes the cat's secondary ability from normalize to scrappy, increases base stats at the cost of base attack, and adds to the movepool.
