Implements functional slab counterparts for various "Natural Blocks" and decoration blocks that work in conjunction with them.
Allows for carpets to be placed onto stairs and slabs. Allows for crafting of wood carpets called Floor Blocks.
Allows Torches & Lanterns to be placed on top and the side of half slab blocks
