Features
The plugin "The Polluted Earth" adds a whole new aspect of gameplay, being forced to wear a helmet or else you will recieve: Mining Fatigue, Blindness, and Nausea. I plan to add many other features adding even more aspects to make the game seem apocalyptic and become more difficult.
How to use
Current usage of the beta is simple, wear a helmet or negative effects will occur, I plan to add more features.

No commands or permissions yet, an exemption permission will be added as well as many other features some involving commands
