With this plugin - Sneak ++, you can use commands to turn sneak and speed on and off, we also have a /jump command which allows you to jump several blocks into the air.

Commands

• /sneakon - This command turns sneak on
• /sneakoff - This command turns sneak off
• /speedon - This command turns extreme speed on
• /speedoff - This command turns extreme speed off
• /jump - This command shoots you several blocks into the air

Permissions

• sneak.allow - Allows the player to use /sneakon and /sneakoff
• speed.allow - Allows the player to use /speedon and /speedoff
• jump.allow - Allows the player to use /jump
