Agartha is the belief that underground, beneath our world, the is another world parallel to ours. Agartha is the name for such a world.
The Agartha Mod adds several dimensions. They are as follows:
Lithosis, the land of stone and darkness
To reach Lithosis you must dig under ground and find a temple made of bedrock. In its center there will be a portal that leads to Lithosis.
Inside Lithosis you will find the 'underworld' isn't as scary as it is said to be. There is little to no light, everything is made of stone, and there are awesome ores to mine. Mainly there are the regular ores but there are several others to account for, Alamandine, Amethyst, Onyx, Imperial Topaz, Painite and Bloodstone. All of these drop their gemstone equivalent and can be crafted into armor and tools.
Catharsis, the realm of dichotomy.
To get to Catharsis you must make a standard portal frame out of Topaz Blocks and activate it with the Agarthian Power Crystal. In the dimension you can mine Atleam, Exitium, and Iridis.
The Praeceps, jagged cliffs of danger.
To get to The Praeceps you must make a standard portal frame from Atleam Blocks and activate it with the Agarthain Power Crystal. This dimension is dangerous.
When you kill really any monster, there's a chance for a bit more than just xp orbs and item drops. They can also drop money orbs, mana orbs, and health orbs, or a very rare Agarthian Power Crystal.
Money orbs jut give you money directly to you account. They look like yellow xp orbs.
Mana orbs increase your mana but not further than your max amount of mana. They look like grey xp orbs.
Health orbs give you 2 extra hearts and heals you by a bit. They look like red xp orbs.
Your mana and money goes to 0 when you die.
Currently there are no implementations for money and there are two for mana. When you eat Agarthian flesh, it either decreases your mana and gives you haste, or it gives you some more mana, and there is a basic staff, currently uncraftable, that uses your mana to fire projectiles.
The Agarthian Power Crystal has only one use, and you can use it only one time. It is right clicked on a block of bedrock to make a lithosian portal.
There are also different weapons to choose from. There are 9 guns, 2 staffs, about 12 shurikens (throwable items that deal damage), and the mineral swords (The amethyst, onyx, painite... etc).
The guns are fired by holding down the right mouse button or whatever you may have changed it to. They have a set rate of fire so they fire at a regular interval. Each is crafted by combining certain elements to the gun base.
The staffs are uncraftable but one uses mana to fire damaging projectiles. The other is a rare mob drop from Kna'Rog - The Corpsemaker, it is the Sha'Zerraz. The Sha'Zerraz is a weapon that doesn't consume any ammo but fire projectiles at a steady rate. I highly suggest attaining it as a weapon as it will help fight against the even more dangerous mobs I intend to add. There are a few mobs added, three aquatic, four land and one boss. Some of the water creatures will not attack you on sight. All of the land monsters will attack you on sight. The boss will of course try to destroy you so be very prepared.
