What's Simply Beans?
Simply Beans is a mod that adds ore beans to the world. You can farm and process them into their respective ores and ingots, giving a way to farm a non-renewable resource in Minecraft! We thought the Cocoa Bean mechanic was underused, and decided to explore it with this mod!
What does Simply Beans have?
8 Beans: Coal, Iron, Gold, Lapis, Redstone, Quartz, Diamond, and Emerald Beans
Craftable Ore: Combine your Beans and Stone together to make their respective Ores!
Food Items: Craft Bean Soup! More hunger is replenished the better the soup! Redstone, Emerald, Quartz and Diamond give unique effects as well!

Beans are sorted into Tiers, and you can only craft higher tier beans using a bean of a tier below it.
Iron and Gold beans can be smelted into their respective nugget variants.
Ores are made by combining Stone and Beans in this fashion:
Beans can be made into their respective products when combining 9 of them together (similar to a nugget)
Beans can be made into soup.
Redstone, Quartz, Emerald and Diamond Bean Soups additionally gives different effects when consumed.
Future Plans
Simply Beans will be on a development hiatus as our programmer left. New content will not be introduced in the near future. Thank you for your understanding.
We plan on implementing more into this Bean mod, such as different starter beans (from just Cocoa Beans), to more food options that can be created from beans. We hope to expand this mod to be more than it currently is, so look forward to that!
