This mod gives parrots the ability to learn and talk based on in-game chat.

- Upon encountering a wild parrot, any player can teach whatever they want based on repetition, simply by typing in the chat.

  However, as in reality, the parrot can also learn things you didn't intend to teach.

- As long as it has learned something, a parrot will speak the things it has learned. It will speak more often what he heard the most.

- A domesticated parrot will only learn from its owner.

- If you have a domesticated parrot, you can make your parrot stop talking by right clicking.

- Domesticated parrots will continue to learn even if they are silent.

- If a parrot is mistreated and attacked, it can make him forget the last things it learned.

  The psychological impact is more intense if the person who mistreated is the owner.

- The parrot's health interferes with its learning and speech. The parrot will have more difficulty learning and will speak less often.

- Wild parrots can learn and talk even without being tamed.

  (this can be disabled by setting the gamerule "doWildParrotsTalk" to false)

- When a parrot is tamed, it forgets all the things it learned when it was wild.
