Description

In Minecraft, Healing is taken for granted. Just eat a steak and Boom, you're at full health. So you try to make it harder by disabling natural healing. But now, its too hard! You can't heal without potions!

But with Medical Medley, you have a few options to stop yourself from dying. A couple salves, bandages, and foods to stave off the grave.

Use JEI for recipes, and keep in mind that bandages are a great way to start healing, requiring but 1 wool to make.

This mod is intended to be used with Harder Natural Healing

For a more fantastical approach to healing check out another mod of mine, Estus, which adds the Estus Flask from dark souls

I intend to update this mod a little further, adding some more variations of healing items and possibly small compatibility with other mods like Farmers Delight.

~Items~

Salves:

Salves are healing items that give you regeneration for a while. they tend to be more effective then other items, but slower and not great for combat.

Forest Salve - A salve made from all natural, easy to obtain ingredients. Slow and ineffective, but it works

Heart Salve - A salve made from heart beets.

Healing Salve - A very traditional honey based salve.

Magma Salve - An exotic nether salve. Gives regeneration and fire resistance.

Bandages:

Bandages are healing items that heal you instantly. Faster and cheaper, but heal way less per item.

Cloth Bandage - A simple cloth bandage. Average in every way.

Plaster Bandage - A quick fix healing item that gives you a little health very fast.

Consumables:

Consumables have a variety of effects, mostly ones that deal with helpful minor buffs / debuffs.

Antidote - A medicine that temporarily gives you immunity to negative debuffs, excluding wither

Panacea - A medicine that temporarily gives you to negative debuffs, including wither

Oily Brew - A nauseating concoction. Heals you, but nauseates you for a bit.

Heart Candies - A sugary candy that heals you! Yum!

Heart Beet - Extremely sweet for a beet. Heals you a little.

Dark Beet - A dark trade. Harms you, but gives you resistance, absorption, and strength.

Other:

A Catch all for other items that fit into none / multiple of these categories

Medkit - A combo of salve and bandages that heals you a lot and gives you temporary absorption, but takes a long time to use.

Heart Sugar - Refined heart beet sugar. Used as an intermediate crafting item.
