Description

 [Abandonned]

As asked by some people , the source code is now available.

The mod add levels to all mobs , players, tools , swords and bows in minecraft. (max lvl: 100 , by default )

  • All mobs have their health and strenght increased , based on their own level.
  • The mobs will spawn with a level based on the average levels from nears players (at about 95% of the time, by default).
  • When the player crafts a tool , a sword , a bow or an armor, the level of the item will be assigned randomly,  based on the current player level.
  • A player can't use an item with more level than him.
  • The tools, swords and bows can be upgraded with an "upgrade stone" in an anvil, to deal more damages to a specific mob (max 3 upgrades per item, max 1 upgrade for the same mob).
  • The "upgrade stone" can be rarely dropped by the corresponding mob.
  • The armors can also be upgraded with an "upgrade stone" , to have a resistance to a specific mob.
  • The emerald in villagers' trading are replaced by coins , and the costs are increased.
  • The coins can be dropped by the mobs (coins count based on mob level).
  • The player gets 1 permanant looting level and 1 permanant fortune level each 25 levels.
  • The animals are level 15 maximum by default (15% of the global maximum level).

In the config file , you can :

  • Modify the random level system.
  • Change the global maximum level (100 by default).
