Description
Zombies may burn up in the sun, but that is not where their evil influence ends. Their rotten flesh will seep into the land beneath it and slowly corrupt the land. And this corruption knows no boundaries. Stepping on this land will poison you until you leave. Mobs heal on the land, and animals are damaged.
This mod was developed for MMD SpookyJam 2020.
Spread rate and whether mobs/animals are affected by corrupted land are configurable.
NEW!! PURIFIER!!! A stone made by purifying the corruption in the sun, consume the solar power to remove corruption.
The purifier charges during daytime and while you can see the sky. You can charge in the main or off hands which means you can charge two at the same time.
Compatibility with Immortous Calyx and Paranoia. Players infected by the Calyx infection above 60% now heal on corrupted land instead of being poisoned by it. Stepping on corrupted land decreases sanity. (all compat elements configurable)
How it works:
When rotten flesh despawns it corrupts the block below it. flesh that is dropped by players or dispensers does not have this effect. this is to prevent greifing.
harvesting blocks gives their original block in return. this is to prevent griefing as well. This is data driven, so drops can be modified.
Blocks must have an air block adjacent (any of the 26 blocks) to be corrupted. Vanilla blocks affected currently. More to come as the mod updates.

How to Install
Download Forge & Java
Download Forge from the offical Site or here. If you dont have Java installed then install it now from here. After Downloading Forge you can run the file with Java.
Prepare
Lounch Minecraft and select your Forge istallation as Version this will create a Folder called Mods.
Add Mods
Type Win+R and type %appdata% and open the .minecraft Folder. There will you find your Folder called Mods. Place all Mods you want to play in this Folder
Enjoy
You are now Ready. Re-start your Game and start Playing.
