Better Loading Screen

THIS MOD WILL BE UPDATED & REWORKED ON AFTER MY FIGHT WITH MY UNI ENTRANCE EXAM!!!!!! ADD OIL!!!!

This is Better Loading Screen mod, this imitates the old Forge 1.12.2 style loading screen, and is fully customisable! This supports Fabric & Forge.

Notes for Forge 1.16:

Forge 1.16 has its own inferior pre-loading screen, due to the nature of mod loading, their screen is opened earlier than any mod is loaded!

You can deal with it and accept it or add -Dfml.earlyprogresswindow=false after the JVM arguments.
