This plugin simple, but might be useful for some people. Only thing that it does, it makes chickens drop feathers sometimes just like eggs.
interval - period between task with checks to be ran. Increase this if you experiencing lag (btw, it will not help too much). In ticks, 20 ticks = 1 sec
probability - from 0.0 to 1.0, chance that chicken will drop feather every check
Default settings produces average 1 feather per second from 100 chickens
/worldfeathers - will reload configuration at runtime
/worldfeathers task - will force run check (for debug)
Both commands requires permission worldfeathers.reload
