SnowBallFall

This plugin uses no permissions and has no commands. It is intended to be a zero-configuration plugin meant to simply add a mechanic to the game as snowballs by default do almost nothing.

Specific rules are as follows.

-When snowballs impact dirt, grass, or leaves.

• Leaves a layer on snow on the block above the block hit

-When snowballs impact anything else

• If the block above is water, freeze the water
