ShearsBreakWebs Is a simple light weight plugin that allows you to place cobwebs and delete them with shears. It also plays a sound when you delete the cobweb. Renamed Cobwebs and shears also work when you rename them with a anvil or a custom plugin!
In 1.0 webs get deleted by shears and plays sound: random.break.
