Its easy , with this plugin you can mail items between players!

USAGE:
Just type /smi help to get the list of commands
Type /smi send [player name] to send him items, easy as that
There are some configurations like disable notifications, disable sounds etc.
For example you can disable notifications and add your friends to the favourite list with "/smi fav [player name]" and you will gte notifications from those players
