Stackable Potions!

PotionStack is a potion stacking plugin which allows player which have the permission potionstack.stack to use /pstack to stack their potions, this can be used for kitpvp, factions,mini-games and probably more! This works for all potions, though I may add permissions for each potion if it is requested.
