A 1.12.2 Minecraft plugin that only allows players to have one tool in their inventory at at ime

The items that you can only have one of at a time can be found and edited in the **config.yml**.

Commands
/no2tools [enable/disable]: Enables or disables the 1 tool rule, Requires no2tools.admin.
Permissions
no2tools.admin: All commands require this permission
