JustSponge:
Aaah you want your good old sponges back.
Well this is the plugin to use!
(only works on sponges placed after 'installing' this plugin)

Features:

• Sponge effectiveness adjustable!
  
• Permissions optional!
  
• Sponge crafting recipe!
  

Commands:

• /spongestrength <uneven integer>- changes the strength of sponges
  
• /spongerecipe - Toggles if sponges are craftable!
  

Permissions:

• just.sponge.strength
  
• just.sponge.recipe
  

Recipe:

• String - Sand - String
  
• Sand - String - Sand
  
• String - Sand - String
  

Todo:

• Make water on sides update when sponge is removed.
  
• Ability to add already placed sponges to the list.
  
• Squashing all bugs.(don't think there's much left)
  
• Modifying features to players needs.
