Ever wish to make a slow swinging sword? Or maybe night vision binoculars? Well now you can with Item Effects! A plugin I quickly whipped up after a request made by bluespiked. The concept is simple. This plugin will allow you to define potion effects to specific items that will activate when you hold that item and deactivate when you change items all with one simple command!
Installation is just like any other plugin with 0 requirements or previous knowledge of ANYTHING!

Add specific potion effects to an item that will be activated when the item is equipped in hand and deactivated when you change the item in your hand.
Simple usage.
Chose between the potion effects of Blindness, Fire_Resistance, Fast_Digging, Damage_Resistance, Confusion, Hunger, Increase_Damage, Invisibility, Jump, Night_Vision, Poison, Regeneration, Slow, Slow_Digging, Speed, Water_Breathing, Weakness, Wither.
Commands
/effect {Potion Type From List Above} {Tier of the Potion Ex. Speed 1, 2 ,3 etc.} - Add a effect to an item
Permissions
effect.give - Allows you the use of the /effect command
