Add some graveyards to your world. If a player dies he will get spawned at the nearest graveyard. Perfect for servers with citys. Just add a graveyard to each city and the player will spawn at the nearest city. Ahm... it does not have to be a graveyard, it can also be a church or a temple or what ever. You can build an big apple and create a "graveyard" at the top of this big apple.... ok ok ok... back to topic.
It is damn simple... every graveyards gets saved in "plugins/Graveyards" as .yml file. They get loaded when you start or reload the server and saved when you stop or reaload the server.
The Plugin is simple and i have no ideas what features i could add... maybe a function where the player spawns as "Ghost" at the graveyard and have to walk to the Location where he died (Like in World of Warcraft) to respawn or automatic respawn and freeze for a short amount of time... something like that.
