Let vips players have unlimited flying abilities and lets normal players try with restrictions like Flying Time and Cooldown! This plugin is great to show normal players the benefits of having getting Vip on your server!
How To Use
Place FlyingVips.jar into your plugins folder
Restart your server and allow the plugin to create its Folder and config.yml
Edit the config.yml to your liking. Ex. Set Worlds you want flying enabled on and set Trial Flight Times and Trial Cooldown, BOTH ARE IN SECONDS
Give you players the right permissions (See Below for permissions)
Restart your server once more and your done!

Lets vip players use the /fly command without limit while only letting normal players use it for a set time!
