This is a custom plugin I am working on for my server, to add some extra functionality to Ender Pearls. For the time being this plugin disables the use of Ender pearls if the user does not have a permission, but i will do much more with this in the future. For the time being I have marked this as experimental as I haven't tested it much yet, I will get an upload up when I do a bit more testing. I know plugins like this have been made before, and I would like to go above and beyond that with this project, so if anyone has any suggestions for features, or bugs that need fixing please post below in the comments.
