A simple plugin requested via MinecraftSuggestions.
There are no permissions, I do not see any need or requirement for them.
Charcoal-Chance: Chance when an item burns for a piece of charcoal to be spawned. Default 20. Number between 1 and 100.
When blocks of these types burn, they have a 20%(default) chance to create a charcoal item.
The charcoal may spawn inside of a new fire, be careful!
