It's literally just the compact cannon mount from CBC:MW.
The compact cannon mount works similar to the normal cannon mount, only controlling the pitch of the cannon. You can use it to build nice compact tanks, even on the new version of Create (6.0).
If you don't know the compact cannon mount from the mod CBC:MW, it holds the cannon to the right of the block (where the axle is) and takes rotational input from the left of the block.
For now, this is the only block this mod adds, because it's the only reason I made this mod in the first place.
