This mod currently doesn't add much, however it adds two main items, both of which are connected to a mana system I am planning to expand.

To get the first item, Hoarfrost, you need to surround a netherite ingot with blue ice to get frozen ingots.
Two of these frozen ingots can be combined with a diamond sword using it like a handle in a normal sword recipe to get you the Hoarfrost.
The second item, hand warmers, can be made by combining two paper with blaze powder in a sandwich.

I recommend also using JEI, especially if you are confused about anything, as there is built-in integration.
