When You first Spawn You Will Have Normal Perfect Sized Dragon wings that will look good on a player But In Order to Change That just type /wingsmod and edit everything you want the scale&the color enable chroma to make the color go rainbow the /wingsmod command will work on any server and it isnt banable so you can enjoy playing with your wings in all server enjoy! (side note: you will NOT see the wings in spectator mode)
