This mod ads a new dimension to the game called the volcano dimension
It is a mixture of the overworld and nether
It contains lots of new blocks, some new mobs, structures, 2 new (very rare) ores, and a new boss
Information to get started:
To access the dimension, smelt crying obsidian for the portal frame, and a stick and a lava bucket make the item to open the portal
The dimension is very unforgiving so make sure to have very good gear before you enter (preferably full enchanted netherite)
Mobs added: magmamite (tamable with ashberries), lava critters (for food), caldruis (feathers used for slow falling helmet), pheonix (feathers for new effect), charred golem (rare, drops used for boss summoning), corrupted player (new boss)
Ores: Infernal (armour: fire res, weapons: set targets on fire), chlorolyte (armour: regeneration, weapons: set targets on fire)
Trees: Charred, ashberry, xate
Plants: mango, ashberry. Both have golden apple and enchanted golden apple equivalents
New fluid: boiling water. Acts like water but does some fire damage
This is the first version of the mod and more things are going to be added in future updates including:
New enchantments
Advancements
A new mob
Saplings for the new trees
