What you can find?
in overworld:
ruby, sapphire, amethyst, immature amethyst, pearl, jasper, peridot, bismuth, and lapis
with their own unique armor and tools. Be careful, some of these only work if you put them in the off-hand.
in nether:
rose quartz,cherry quartz,tyger's eye, carnelian, angel aura quartz
with their unique decoration blocks
in End: padparadscha, rutile twins, morganite, prehnite, chrysoberyl
