1/2 Button = 1 stick
The reason being 2 planks = 4 stick and 1 plank = 1 button
This is Minecraft math
And by the same logic if you craft a 4 by 4 of planks you must be trying to craft 8 sticks.
The mod makes crafting more efficient(If you like sticks), adds a new class (stick mage) and gives the early game some love with a visit a new realm (the stick dimension) before you have even got a crafting table.
