Allows you to create Spawn Scrolls which if right clicked and you have permission you will warp to a custom set spawn or if no spawn set you will be warped to the spawn of the world you are in!

Command:
/spawnscroll - Gives you a spawn scroll
/spawnset - Sets the custom spawn
Permissions:
ss.cmd.spawnscroll - /spawnscroll
ss.cmd.spawnset - /spawnset
ss.scroll.use - Allows you to right click the scroll and teleport
