You can turn on and off the ability to use speed boots globaly, you can also set the speed per player! When you put gold boots on and hold a feather you can run really fast! Also if you happen to look up you will do a massive jump!

/speedboots - Enables/Disables speed boots
/sb-speed - Sets the speed for your speed boots
/sb-dspeed - Sets the default speed
Permissions:
sb.enable - /speedboots command use
sb.sb-speed - /speed command use
sb.sb-dspeed - /dspeed command use
sb.use - When you have gold boots on and feather in hand it will create paths
