Solid Xp is simple mod that will allow you to store your xp in a new way.

Features
Experience vein - A new ore that will drop a large amount of xp and possibly a Cluster of Experience (higher chance with fortune). This should make mining a little bit more used as an xp source
Cluster of Experience - An item which you can craft into Bottles o' Enchanting in the crafting table by surrounding it with 4 bottles
Block of Experience - Crafting 9 Clusters of Experience will make a Block of Experience, allowing you to store more
Experience Artifact - A magical artifact that can rarely be found in jungle temple loot chest, when used it will convert 32 xp from the player into a Cluster of Experience (which would be an average of 28 xp if crafted back into xp bottles)

This mod is compatible with any world generation below y=0 although the deepslate version of the ore hasn't been added yet
Using in a modpack is all good (credit is nice though)
