Description

Due to some problems, the mod won't have updates for some time until I can recode everything from the start. The 1.0.3 update is the latest and the most complete and stable build until I can update the game again, which I will probably update to newer minecraft versions.

Introducing the SCP Keycards Mod, your gateway to a world of secrets and security in Minecraft! This mod brings a little of the enigmatic world of the SCP Foundation into your gameplay, offering a keycard system that promises to unlock a realm of possibilities.

Features

 

The SCP Keycards Mod introduces six distinct keycards, each with its own clearance level:

• Level 1 Keycard: Unrestricted (UR).

 

• Level 2 Keycard: Restricted (RS).

 

• Level 3 Keycard: Confidential (CF).

 

• Level 4 Keycard: Secret (SC).

 

• Level 5 Keycard: Top Secret (TS).

 

• Level 6 Keycard: Cosmic Top Secret (CTS).

 

• Keycard Readers: The readers grant access for 5 seconds when presented with the correct keycard.

 

• Reader Installation Tool: A tool capable of repositioning the side on which a keycard reader panel is positioned.

• SCP door: A custom door that can be activated by redstone, like the Keycard Reader ;)

The keycards and keycard readers in this mod are designed and coded by me, the keycards colors are based on the Anomaly Classification System. 

 

I'll try my best on expanding the mod's features, so suggestions are appreciated! Also, by now, Curios API is supported by the mod and let you place a keycard in the necklace slot, like a badge, but the keycard isn't recognized in the inventory by the reader yet. It will be fixed in future updates.
