This mod adds scrolls to Minecraft that provide buffs depending on whether you have gained the appropriate knowledge level. You can obtain scrolls by crafting them or trading with a cleric. Scrolls activate if they are in your inventory and if you have the appropriate amount of knowledge. You can gain knowledge by consuming scroll knowledge essence, which is a new craftable item.

The scrolls include:

• the health scroll, which gives you regeneration (requires knowledge level 1)
• the shielding scroll, which gives you resistance (requires knowledge level 1)
• the sight scroll, which gives you night vision and removes blindness (requires knowledge level 2)
• the strength scroll, which gives you strength and removes weakness (requires knowledge level 2)
• the hastiness scroll, which gives you haste, jump boost, speed, and removes mining fatigue and slowness (requires knowledge level 3)

The maximum knowledge level is 3.
