Adds:
Ruby generates high up near the nether roof.
Sapphire generates low down next to nether lava pools.
Ruby armor and tools are stornger than diamond but has lower durability than diamond.
Sapphire armor and tools are weaker than diamond but has higher durability than diamond.
This mod is used more for my modpack.
