RCON is what I believe to be "Remote Console". This plugin is inspired by Valve games such as CS:GO, GMOD etc. These games have a feature which allows commands to be run through console by using a RCON_PASSWORD cvar. In this plugin I have replicated this. You can set the password to whatever you like in the config file, then once in-game you can use the command /rcon_password {password} to allow you to use the command /rcon {command} . Rcon_password is used to enter the password, if the password is the same as the password defined in the config (caps sensitive) then it will allow the player to execute console commands with /rcon {console command}.

THIS COULD BE DANGEROUS FOR YOUR SERVER, DO NOT LET PLAYERS KNOW THE PASSWORD.
I do not accept responsibility for any servers being damaged due to this plugin, it is your choice to install it or not.
Also, let me know if you want a permission to use these commands because I am modelling it around valve games which do not require a permission so as such, this plugin has no permissions. So once you have the password, that's it.
