RandomChest
You can fully configure the radius in which the chest will randomly spawn and which items shall be put in it.
Also you can set the chance of the item getting in the chest AND how big the chance will be that the full stack is getting in.

Commands
- /rc addpoint |> Adds a spawnable point for chests
- /rc addchest |> Force spawns a chest
- /rc additem hand (INT1) (INT2) |> Adds an item to the list with the chance of INT1 getting put in and the chance of INT2 getting the full stack (INT1 and INT2 are optional, if they are not given they both will be 50
- /rc reload |> Reloads the config

Config.yml
- radius: 10 Randomly spawns the chest 10 blocks around the origin.
- intervall: 30.0 The amount of minutes before the next chest spawns.
