QuantumClock is a simple and quick way to change the time in your current world. All you have to do is craft or /give a clock to yourself, then put it in your hand. Left clicking will make it morning, and right clicking will make it night. QuantumClock supports permissions.
Permissions:
quantumclock.changetime - Allows players to change time through QC.
