Their are many mods that overhaul the creeper in uniques way. so basicly this mod overhauls the plant nature of the creeper.

Spoilers below:
When a creeper explodes it realeses a cloud of spores that when walked into, you will recive the spore effect.
When the spore effect runs out it will damage the entity and will spawn creeper blossoms, these blossoms will plant themselfs into the ground to grow Demolitiones Flowers or Demo Flowers for short.
When the Demo Flower is steped on it will die and spawn a creeper and also will give the target spored to increase the population.
