When you mine an ore with Ore Respawn, the block turns to bedrock, then after a configurable amount of time later, the bedrock changes back to be mined again.
NOW WORKS WITH ANY BLOCK!

Setup and Configuration
Download the OreRespawn jar file.
Put the jar file in your server's plugins file.
Restart or reload the server. You can now begin respawning ores!
Configure per ore how much time it takes to respawn. This time is measured in SECONDS
This plugin works hand in hand with my plugin No Smelt: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/nosmelt/ It can be used so when players mine gold and iron, they can't just get infinite amounts.
