Optimi

The new improved Optimi 2.0.0 is here! 

For now it only supports NeoForged 1.21.1!

This is what it includes:

• Server optimization
• Client optimization
• Memory and CPU usage reducer
• Can be used with big optimization mods (e.g.: Sodium, Lithinium, ModernFix, ect.)

More features are going to be added i think!
