Well, I have made a mod that makes you think that your life will be so easy with all your tools being an overkill machineguns-9000. It is true... Probably...

This mod adds 2 new items and 2 blocks:

OPChanted Apple

The apple has 2 uses:

1. Food;

2. Part of OPChanter Recipe.

As the crafting cost of this item is not low, it provides some cool effects for you that last for whole 8 minutes!

OPChanted Ingot and Block

These 2 are here just to make some challenging in obtaining the OPChanter.

OPChanter

This one is a bit complicated lol. So, it has no interface as I don't think it is necessary.

The mechanic is simple as a piece of cake. Just right click with your enchanted item and you will have a chance for a RANDOM enchantment to be upgraded by 1 level.

To make this mod NOT THAT SIMPLE, I've decided to make 2 simple conditions for your item to upgrade. The first one, as I already mentioned, is a RANDOM and the second one is an Experience level. You, actually, need [X+1] levels to upgrade your enchantment where X is your enchantment level.

The higher level of enchantments is followed by lower chance of getting an upgrade. The chance is calculated with this little formula : 1 / (X+1) * 100%.

And the last thing... It IS POSSIBLE to remove randomness from stage where it picks what enchantment to upgrade. For example: your cool wooden pickaxe has Fortune 3 and Unbreaking 1 on it. If you only have 2 experience levels, then it will not be possible to upgrade Fortune, but possible to upgrade Unbreaking. As Unbreaking is only one in the pool of enchantments to choose, it will picked with a 100% chance for a chance to upgrade it.

And one more thing... Curses, Silk Touch and Mending (any many more, look below) will never be upgraded as they are good as they are.

Ah.. Enchantments after level 10, actually, do not look very beautiful on tooltip, but I've made some custom solution and now they look gorgeous! Mod has also a config file where you can choose how enchantments after level 10 are displayed. It can be either Roman numerals or Arabic. [default: Roman]
