Nether portals can only be created in ruined portals.
This encourages exploration and gives an extra purpose to Nether portal ruins.
To allow portals to be created anywhere again, you can disable the gamerule: netherPortalOnlyInRuins.
Obs: The mod adds a 50% chance to find a netherite scrap in ruined portal chests.
