Adds Ruby and Sapphire tools and armor.
Because of high ore spawn rates gear can be crafted with ruby and sapphire blocks.
Tools: have stats equal to netherite and durability between iron and diamond
Armor: has .5 more toughness than diamond and durability between iron and diamond
