LotteryBan - Ban players from buying tickets
This plugin prevents a player to buy lottery tickets, by adding metadata to their player, and then removing it upon unban.
This is only per restart of the server, and is not stored in any file, so please only use this as a temporary solution for certain instances such as a player ticket spamming, or scamming.
