InviMiner is a plugin that prevents items from dropping and instead those items go straight to the miner's inventory.

inviminer.toggle - Allows Use of Invitoggle

Server Wide Item BlackList - Prevent Certain items from going into the inventory and instead make the items drop on the ground (useful for unwanted cobblestone)
Player Private Item Blacklist - Same thing as above but instead it is a private blacklist that players can use.
