Allows users to easily ignore chat messages.
By using IgnoreAll you are able to easily ignore chat messages, although any other message will still be sent to you (such as MCBouncer ban alerts, VanishNoPacket alerts, etc). Because other messages are still sent to you, this is a perfect replacement for the chat hiding tools in 1.3.x.
