The Holy Forging mod expands the game's progression system through forging and upgrading. It adds a variety of advanced materials such as Shadow steel Ingots and Flame steel Ingots, each featuring unique armor sets and special abilities, with upgrades performed through exclusive forging scrolls. A custom GUI is provided for equipping cores (such as the Shadow Core) into newly added equipment slots. Unique items like the Soul Lantern, which can be used for area-of-effect attacks, add extra enjoyment to the game. Upcoming creatures (such as the Nether Lord) will bring a brand-new combat experience for players. Holy Forging adds depth to mid-to-late game progression, while new ores like Old World Remnants and Flame Embers bring exciting surprises to players exploring the Nether and the End.
