To spawn herobrine first find a plains biome and look for a spawn structure there will be a chest with a flint and steel and light the netherack and hit herobrine and run!
Then to kill it get full protection 4 netherite and totems or sheilds because he does 15 attack damage! and he can fly so take a netherite sword and put it in the middle of a crafting table and 4 netherite ingots in the corners and at the bottom of the crafting table crafting slot put a gold ingot and then on the right side put another gold ingot and fill the remaining slot with diamonds and you should get a sword called ''The Sword Of Herobrinbe'' it does 50 attack damage! so you can go and try to kill herobrine but he has 1000 hp so it will take some time to kill him and he is also mega fast so good luck killing herobrine you can craft the spawn egg btw i would use just enough items with this mod but that's your choice.
